EVERYTHING YOU NEED T0 KNOW

  • Please RSVP by April 27th so we are able to make the appropriate adjustments to our headcount if needed. We ask that you RSVP even if you cannot attend! We will send out reminders as the date approaches!

  • Our Ceremony will be outside in the courtyard of our venue. Cocktail Hour will be indoors, and the Reception will be an indoor/outdoor event in the same space as the ceremony, with the bar being indoors. We anticipate the weather being low to mid-80s.

  • We kindly ask that you arrive promptly at 4:00 PM.

  • Anyone on your invitation is welcome! However, we understand if you’d like a kid-free night — please let us know ASAP so that we can adjust your invitation and our headcount!

    That being said, we ask that you do not bring anyone who is not on your invitation.

  • While we wish we could accommodate everyone, due to space constraints, we cannot allow anyone who is not on your invitation to attend unless discussed beforehand.

  • We have reserved a hotel block at Fairfield Inn & Suites for our lovely traveling guests! More information and the booking link can be found under the ‘Accommodations’ tab.

  • The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! We will have multiple beers, wines, seltzers, & signature cocktails available starting at cocktail hour and throughout the reception.

  • The dress code for our wedding is Garden Semi-Formal. We realize this is a unique dress code, so we have provided pictures and more details under the ‘Dress Code’ tab!

  • There is limited free parking spots directly in front of our venue on Pearl Street, and more spots on Market Street. There is parking at the Downtown Parking Garage, Pearl Street Parking Ramp, and Black Street Lots West & East. Please refer to the ‘Parking’ tab for the parking lot addresses and directions.
